Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the assigned class and pupils.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons appropriate to the pupils' level.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline.
- Assess pupils' academic performance and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain accurate class records and pupils' progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school management.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and personal development.
- Participate in school activities and extracurricular programmes.
Requirements:
- OND, NCE, Bachelor's degree, or a good teaching certificate from a recognised institution.
- Previous primary school teaching experience is an advantage.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to teach and engage young learners effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Must be responsible, hardworking, and committed to the development of pupils.
