Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a compassionate, patient, and highly organized Domestic Staff Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and preparing newly recruited domestic staff through structured classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and behavioral coaching before deployment to client

Responsibilities:
- Teach newly recruited domestic staff using structured lesson plans and practical demonstrations.
- Deliver classroom and hands-on lessons on housekeeping, childcare, elderly care, cooking, laundry, hygiene, and home management.
- Educate staff on workplace etiquette, communication skills, professionalism, personal grooming, and customer service.
- Assess students' understanding through practical exercises, assignments, and evaluations.
- Provide additional coaching and support to trainees who require improvement.
- Monitor class attendance, participation, discipline, and overall progress. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and teaching aids.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure candidates are deployment-ready.
- Conduct refresher classes and ongoing learning sessions for existing staff as needed.
- Promote Whip-Smart's values, service standards, and code of conduct throughout all teaching sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Education, Home Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a teacher, instructor, trainer, lecturer, coach, or in a similar educational role.
- Experience teaching domestic staff, caregivers, hospitality personnel, or vocational skills is an added advantage.
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to engage learners from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and professional attitude with a passion for mentoring others.
Remuneration: NGN120,000 – 150,000 per month
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
