We’re now looking for a Talent Supply Manager to own and grow our Hustlebeaner pipeline. Your challenge is simple: bring in, onboard, and deploy new Hustlebeaners every week, at scale.

Job Description/Requirements
- Recruitment at Scale:Deliver consistent weekly signups of sales reps, field agents, and brand ambassadors across Lagos and other major Nigerian cities.
- Onboarding & Training: Drive talent through the onboarding funnel and ensure new Hustlebeaners complete training for live gigs.
- Deployment & Execution: Ensure Hustlebeaners don’t just sign up—they actually start working on gigs every week.
- Networks & Partnerships: Tap into your existing connections and create new ones across FMCG, CPG, tech, and startup sectors to fuel supply growth.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the Gig Manager and Customer Onboarding Manager to get new recruits deployed smoothly.
- Experiment & Scale:Test different recruitment channels and strategies until you find the levers that drive volume and retention.
Key Performance Index (KPI):
- Weekly growth in Hustlebeaner signups—no excuses.
- At least 10-20 new Hustlebeaners are recruited and onboarded monthly as a starting target (with scale-up expected).
- Visible progress within the first 30 days of joining.
- Recruiting: Number of new Hustlebeaners signed up weekly
- Onboarding: Number completing the onboarding process
- Training: Number completing gig training
- Deployment: Number actively working on gigs weekly
- Experienced in agent recruitment, last-mile distribution, FMCG field ops, or gig workforce management—you’ve done this before, and at scale.
- Strong networks in Lagos and other major Nigerian cities, with the ability to move fast.
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial executor who thrives in an early-stage startup environment.
- Resilient, resourceful, and outcome-driven—you deliver results even with limited resources.
- Collaborative but also an independent thinker who owns their pipeline.
- Motivated by impact—you believe in creating opportunities for African workers.
- 200,000 base pay
- 100,000 commission for hitting monthly recruitment targets
- 50,000 commission for hitting monthly training targets
- 50,000 commission for hitting monthly deployment targets
- Uncapped upside for exceeding baseline targets
- Additional quarterly performance bonus
- Salary review after successful completion of a 3-month probation period.
