The Talent Manager is responsible for attracting, identifying, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. The role focuses on workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment excellence.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plans.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate selection panels and hiring decisions.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire).
  • Maintain structured recruitment documentation.
  • Oversee structured onboarding programs.
  • Ensure seamless candidate-to-employee transition.


Requirements:

  • Minimum BSC
  • 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
