Job summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment process for Work Evolve and its clients, ensuring every stage from role briefing to candidate placement is executed with precision and professionalism.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Partnering with company leadership to forecast future staffing needs based on business growth and industry trends.
- Proactively finding passive and active candidates using professional networking sites, social media, and Boolean searches.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone or video interviews, and assessing candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinating the interview process and guiding hiring managers through structured, unbiased evaluation practices.
- Assisting with compensation packages, negotiating salary and benefits, and closing candidates.
- Promoting company culture, values, and career opportunities to make the organization a top choice for highly skilled professionals.
- Tracking recruiting data—such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire—to optimize future hiring strategies.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency, consulting, or in-house).
- Prior exposure to HR consulting or a multi-client environment is highly desirable.
- Supervisory or mentoring experience with junior recruiters is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, SPHRi) are an advantage.
