Job summary
Our client, a leading financial consultancy firm in Lagos, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to source, screen, and hire candidates for various roles. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
- Create and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Screening & Selection:
- Review applications, CVs, portfolios, and references to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct candidate screening and preliminary interviews
- Create interview questions aligned with role requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support hiring managers during candidate evaluation and selection processes
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes, and hiring documentation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment progress and provide updates to management where required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in the use of social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and maturity.
