Our client, a leading financial consultancy firm in Lagos, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to source, screen, and hire candidates for various roles. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Source applicants through online channels, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
  • Create and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs


Screening & Selection:

  • Review applications, CVs, portfolios, and references to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct candidate screening and preliminary interviews
  • Create interview questions aligned with role requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Support hiring managers during candidate evaluation and selection processes


Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes, and hiring documentation
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment progress and provide updates to management where required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
  • Strong understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in the use of social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and maturity.
