We need a strategic Head Hunter to proactively source, attract, and close exceptional talent from top-performing organizations globally.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach top performers in target organizations across tech, fintech, edtech, SaaS, and professional services
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Map competitor and adjacent market talent landscapes
  • Leverage executive networks, LinkedIn, industry events, and back-channel referrals
  • Position Thelix as the destination for ambitious, execution-driven professionals
  • Craft compelling narratives around our culture, impact, and growth opportunity
  • Convert passive candidates through strategic relationship-building and consultative selling
  • Represent Thelix at virtual and in-person talent events 
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for senior, specialized, and high-impact roles across all 5 brands
  • Design and execute assessment frameworks that rigorously evaluate
  • culture fit, execution speed, and ownership mentality
  • Reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality
  • Partner with vertical leads and the CVO to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build scalable recruitment processes, frameworks, and playbooks
  • Track and optimize key metrics: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, retention
  • Implement tools and automation to streamline sourcing, outreach, and candidate experience
  • Advise leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability



Requirements:
  • 6+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in an agency or executive search environment
  • You've pulled top talent from competitive organizations and closed difficult searches
  • Experience recruiting across Nigeria, the U.S., Latin America, or other emerging markets
  • You know how to assess for execution speed, ownership, and values alignment—not just skills
  • You can engage senior candidates, negotiate offers, and influence hiring managers at all levels Highly Valued
  • Experience recruiting for multi-brand, multi-vertical, or portfolio companies
  • Deep sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry databases, and passive outreach tactics
  • Familiarity with startup/scale-up environments where speed and adaptability are critical
  • Background in hiring for tech, product, operations, sales, or customer success roles
  • Comfort with AI-powered recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and automation workflows
