We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join us.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identifying hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications for clients.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Use a mix of direct sourcing, employee referrals, job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed), niche platforms
- Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, with timely feedback and transparent communication.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of recruiters
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes: reduce bottlenecks, standardize interview scorecards, and enhance offer-to-join conversion.
Requirements:
- Min of B.Sc./HND in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role in a consulting firm.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
