System Operations Manager
Job summary
The System Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the platform. This role owns day-to-day technical operations, including support systems, infrastructure stability, and data protection processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets from internal teams and restaurant partners
- Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate bugs to engineering when needed
- Monitor platform uptime, speed, and system health
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Coordinate incident response and post-mortem reviews
- Enforce platform security protocols and access controls
- Monitor for vulnerabilities, suspicious activity, and breaches
- Ensure compliance with data protection best practices
- Perform and verify regular system backups
- Maintain disaster recovery procedures
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Manage internal tools (admin dashboards, ticketing systems, monitoring tools)
- Support integrations and third-party services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of IT experience
- Experience in technical operations, IT support, or DevOps
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and basic security practices
- Quality Assurance Testing

- Architecture Infrastructure Experience
- Mobile and Backend Systems
- Experience with Next.js Application, React Native Mobile release, Laravel APIs, Linux servers, MySQL databases, deployment pipeline, monitoring tools, DNS, SSL
