Responsibilities:
Endpoint Security & Mobile Device Management (MDM):
- Administer and optimize the company’s Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems to mitigate advanced threats
- Establish, monitor, and enforce central security policies to track and secure user actions across all corporate digital and mobile assets.
Network Administration & IT Support:
- Supervise daily network activities, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Perform daily network troubleshooting, fault resolution, and regular maintenance.
- Handle the installation, configuration, and integration of OEM devices within the corporate network.
Vulnerability Management & Penetration Testing:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across internal networks, web applications, and endpoints.
- Utilize industry-standard security tools (e.g., Nessus, Metasploit, Burp Suite) to identify, enumerate, and exploit security weaknesses before they can be leveraged by malicious actors.
- Document technical security findings and provide clear, actionable remediation recommendations to technical teams.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC):
- Ensure 100% user compliance with the company’s internal IT Security Policies.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining robust information security governance frameworks.
- Develop, review, and update security policies, standards, and operational procedures.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential threat vectors and monitor alignment with international frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Assist in security incident investigations, threat hunting, and post-incident analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a dual Systems Administration and Information Security role.
- MDM & EDR Expertise: Hands-on experience administering central device management platforms (specifically ManageEngine) and enterprise-grade EDR solutions.
- Security Tooling: Proficiency with security assessment tools including Nessus, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and network scanners.
- Networking: Strong foundational knowledge of network protocols, topology, and troubleshooting OEM hardware.
- Frameworks: Practical understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
