Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support IT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users
- Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security controls
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and system changes
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
Requirements:
- CompTIA A+
- Fluent English (Spoken and Written)
- A bachelor’s degree in CS or IT is a plus
- Helpdesk or Junior Admin Role
