Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Breaking down complex swimming strokes (e.g., freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke) into simple, understandable steps.
- Enforcing pool rules and sharing critical survival skills. T
- Evaluating student progress, adjusting lesson plans accordingly, and determining when a swimmer is ready to move to the next level.
- Providing constructive feedback to students and giving progress updates to parents or guardians.
- Maintaining a positive, engaging, and encouraging environment that motivates students and builds their confidence
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Swim Trainer or Instructor.
- Be Able to observe and patrol the pool and enforce safety regulations.
- Be Able to assist swimmers from the water when in danger.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Pool Guest Attendant/body fitness or Lifeguard in a star hotel
