Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and administrative support across multiple departments as assigned.
- Assist in different functional areas based on business needs and workload demands.
- Step in to temporarily perform the duties of exited, absent, or unavailable staff to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Learn and adapt quickly to departmental processes, workflows, and systems.
- Support team members during peak periods, staff shortages, or special assignments
- Assist with setting up workstations, meeting rooms, and departmental spaces.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, or hygiene issues promptly.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and distributing supplies across departments.
- Monitor usage of consumables and report low stock levels to supervisors.
- Support basic inventory tracking and internal distribution of materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 1 years of previous work experience in similar role
