You will own the supply lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring that as the company grows, the vehicle ecosystem is profitable, efficient, and future-proof. As the Supply Operations Manager, you will lead the vehicle supply ecosystem, taking full ownership of supply growth, partner retention, and fleet sustainability goals. You are responsible for ensuring a 98% trip fulfillment rate while maintaining a healthy, profitable, and technologically-engaged partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Growth & Green Strategy: Lead acquisition teams to onboard new vehicle partners and aggressively source energy-efficient vehicles (CNG, Hybrid, EV) to reduce carbon footprint and costs.
- Partner Capacity Building: Develop "Growth Playbooks" and workshops to help partners implement fleet management best practices and scale their operations.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a 98% fulfillment rate and secure fuel-efficient vehicles to optimize margins for both the company and its partners.
- Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead the launch of a dedicated Fleet Academy, incorporating modules on eco-driving and energy-efficient maintenance.
- Relationship Management: Manage the retention team to build lasting partnerships, aiming for a 90% retention rate through regular business reviews.
- Product & Data Utilization: Drive 100% adoption of internal pricing tools and ensure at least 90% of active partners utilize the digital partner dashboard.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Operations Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Skill Set: Strong vendor negotiation skills and experience managing third-party transport operators.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in using data to track fuel efficiency, fleet utilization, and partner profitability.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with route optimization software and fleet management systems.
- Growth Mindset: Proven background in account management or business development where you helped partners grow their businesses.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree Minimum
