Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the hotel and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of the front desk, housekeeping, and other operational staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the hotel.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of operational supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Minimum of an HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
