Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the store, managing daily cash flow, ensuring equipment maintenance, and enforcing strict food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
- Scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, training new hires, mentoring crew members, and managing performance.
- Ensuring fast, friendly service, resolving customer complaints professionally, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Ordering inventory, managing stock levels, reducing waste, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to meet budgetary goals.
- Tracking sales, productivity, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or Equivalent.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- All candidates must be physically fit, medically fit, neat, and courteous.
- All candidates should leave close to the location.

- Awoyaya, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.
