Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Planning maintenance work, events, and room bookings.
  
• Handling of customer complaints and queries.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Be competent to apply your skills to manage humans
• To prepare and be able to give complete and proper reports.
• Be able to organize staff and ensure proper execution of their functions.
• Be able to engage in marketing to attract customers and be in a position to relate well with clients and make them comfortable and at home.
• Coordinate other departments' activities.

Requirements:

• SSCE/OND/HND/ Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with the financial management of a hospitality business
• A Self-starter who can execute and deliver results with limited supervision
• A highly entrepreneurial mindset is required to run an established hotel business
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required in dealing with guests/customers, staff and external contractors and authorities
• An effective leader with a proven track record of creating a happy and collaborative work environment
• Good understanding of digital trends and their application in the hospitality sector
• Highly proficient in MS tools including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
