Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the laundromat
• Managing and supervising staff, including front desk officers, cleaners, and other employees
• Monitoring laundry operations and ensuring quality service delivery
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring adequate stock levels
• Enforcing safety and security protocols
• Monitoring financial transactions and ensuring accuracy
• Implementing company policies and procedures
• Providing training and guidance to staff as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND/BSc in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3years of experience in a supervisory role in a laundromat or similar industry
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of laundry operations and equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to lift to 20kg and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
• ⁠Proximity to the location is Key 
• Candidate must reside within Abraham Adesanya, Lakowe, and Ajah. 
• Candidate should be willing to work Monday-Saturday (8 AM-8 PM) and Sunday (8 AM-11 AM)
