Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Service Manager role at AfriProEdu. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving escalated customer issues. The role involves providing guidance and support to the customer service team, analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing customer service strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work being based in Lagos but with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support experience
- Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant customer service software and tools
- Experience in the education or consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
