Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Take ownership of converting qualified leads generated through digital marketing campaigns into enrolled students.
- Proactively follow up with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels within agreed response times.
- Build rapport and trust with prospects to guide them toward enrollment decisions.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively communicating the value of our partner institutions and programs.
- Track all leads from first contact through to enrollment, ensuring no opportunity is lost.
Lead Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Officer to identify and source new leads from online campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Suggest campaign ideas based on student inquiries and market demand to attract higher-quality leads. Qualify leads quickly to ensure time is invested in students most likely to enroll.
- Keep the sales pipeline organised and updated daily in the CRM, tagging leads by stage (new, contacted, follow-up, ready to enroll).
Consultative Selling
- Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective students to match them with the most suitable courses and universities.
- Present program options clearly, highlighting career outcomes, tuition fees, scholarships, and unique selling points.
- Handle objections professionally and provide solutions to concerns around fees, visas, and deadlines.
- Offer multiple touchpoints (calls, video meetings, in-person meetings) to build commitment.
Application & Enrollment Support (Secondary to Sales)
- Once a student decides to proceed, guide them through the application and enrollment process with the Admissions team.
- Ensure all required documents are collected and submitted on time.
- Liaise with the Admissions team to ensure a smooth transition from offer to enrollment.
- Follow up with admitted students until they have paid deposits and completed registration.
Reporting & Targets
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, lead stages, and conversion metrics.
- Report weekly to management on lead numbers, conversion rates, and enrollment progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
