Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and recruit prospective students through high school visits, education fairs, workshops, and direct outreach.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, and application procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school counsellors, educational agencies, and community organisations.
- Plan, execute, and participate in recruitment events, campus open days, and online information sessions.
- Manage and follow up with leads through the recruitment pipeline to convert inquiries into active registrations.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align recruitment campaigns with enrollment targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
