Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer to support prospective students throughout their study abroad journey, from initial enquiry to enrolment.

Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and submit student applications accurately and within agreed timelines, ensuring all required documents are complete.
- Monitor offer requests and liaise with partner institutions to ensure timely issuance of conditional and unconditional offers.
- Track application progress, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and provide regular updates to applicants.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries via email, phone, and other channels, providing clear guidance throughout the admissions process.
- Process and monitor student tagging requests to ensure compliance with institutional requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor CAS timelines, guide students through Pre-CAS requirements, and provide support on visa-related processes.
- Verify academic credentials and supporting documents to ensure applicants meet institutional entry requirements.
- Review financial documents and bank statements to confirm compliance with university and visa requirements.
- Attend to walk-in inquiries, assess student needs, and recommend suitable study options and pathways.
- Work closely with counsellors, marketing teams, and partner institutions to achieve recruitment targets and ensure a seamless student experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a similar role within a study abroad agency, public relations, or customer support.
- Strong understanding of international admissions processes and student visa requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience using admissions portals, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
