Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven Student Acquisition Manager to lead student recruitment and enrollment efforts. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, manage the recruitment funnel, and convert prospective learners into enrolled students through outreach, partnerships, and engagement strategies.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute student acquisition strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel from lead generation to enrollment and onboarding.
  • Generate qualified leads through outreach campaigns, events, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with schools, community organizations, youth groups, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize school visits, career talks, open days, and recruitment events.
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Track recruitment performance and provide regular reports and insights.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Public Relations, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, business development, customer acquisition, or community engagement.
  • Proven ability to achieve enrollment or sales targets and manage recruitment funnels.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within education, EdTech, training, youth development, or customer-facing environments is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
