Role: Strategy Consultant

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Strategy Consultant to partner with Joveo's leadership

on the most complex and high-priority strategic questions facing the

business. You will drive structured analysis, build compelling business

cases, and translate insight into strategic recommendations that shape

the company's direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead structured problem-solving on strategic questions across growth, product, and operations

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity sizing

- Build financial models and business cases to support investment decisions

- Synthesize insights from data, research, and stakeholder interviews into clear recommendations

- Develop executive-level presentations and strategy documents for leadership and board

- Partner across functions to design and implement strategic initiatives end-to-end

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or an equivalent strategic role

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills — financial modeling, market sizing, and data analysis

- Exceptional written communication — ability to structure complex arguments clearly

- Experience working directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders

- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities

- Background in technology, SaaS, or HR tech is an advantage
