Job summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock availability, monitoring stock levels, and implementing proper storage procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory levels, and transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel as required.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all inventory items.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation for management review.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the store area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
