A Gift Aesthetic Company within the Ikeja Axis of Lagos is sourcing for *Storekeepers* on a part-time basis Upon receipt of goods in the stockroom, the storekeeper shall unpack the delivered items and check the contents against documents that list the contents of the delivery

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Receiving Goods:

  • Receive deliveries from suppliers.
  • Verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
  • Maintain accurate stock records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts
  • Arrange and store materials safely and systematically.
  • Ensure proper labeling and identification of stock items.
  • Issue goods and materials according to approved requisitions.
  • Record all stock movements accurately.
  • Ensure proper authorization before releasing items.
  • Maintain records of receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
  • Prepare inventory and stock status reports.
  • Assist during audits and stock verification exercises.
  • Follow health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.
  • Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in storekeeping, warehousing, inventory control, or logistics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with stock management procedures and documentation.
  • Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including spreadsheet and inventory software usage.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Integrity and accountability in handling company assets.

Remuneration: NGN100,000 Monthly + Accomodation
