Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced individual to join our team as a store supervisor in Port Harcourt that will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the stores, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency, which include managing store staff, monitoring inventory level.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of store staff.
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Handling customer's inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an FMCG retail environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
