Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure proper documentation.
- Supervise store staff, assign duties, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, and overall store hygiene.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports, including stock reports, cash reconciliation, and staff attendance.
- Work closely with the kitchen, procurement, and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
- 2–4 years proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Must be honest, reliable, and highly organized.
