Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure proper documentation.
• Supervise store staff, assign duties, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, and overall store hygiene.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, including stock reports, cash reconciliation, and staff attendance.
• Work closely with the kitchen, procurement, and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
• 2–4 years proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Must be honest, reliable, and highly organized.
