Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items for replenishment.
- Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of items within the store.
- Prevent stock losses, damages, and wastage through proper inventory control.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store area.
- Collaborate with management and relevant departments on inventory needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or similar role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
- Good numerical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work the assigned shift schedule.
Remuneration: NGN110,000 Monthly
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
