Job summary
The Store Assistant is responsible for supporting daily store operations by assisting customers, stocking shelves, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment. The role ensures customers receive excellent service and that products are well displayed and available.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers locate products and provide basic product information
- Receive, unpack, and arrange stock on shelves and displays
- Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items
- Ensure products are properly labeled with correct prices
- Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately (if assigned)
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Check product quality and remove expired or damaged items
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Follow store policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Degree
- 1 year experience
