Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a State Sales and Technical Officer, based in Anambra, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ogun, and Osun states. The State Sales and Technical Officer will be responsible for driving sales of hospitality management software, hardware, and accessories. The role involves providing technical support and customer service, delivering end-user software training, and ensuring client satisfaction through sales and after-sales support services. Other duties may include maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in result-driven marketing operations.
• Strong communication and public presentation skills.
• Technical skills: highly proficient in software installation, configuration, customization, networking, and local support (Web development is an added advantage).
• Experience in lead generation and marketing.
• Open and ready to travel across assigned areas of operations.
