Job summary
Talenture Group is looking for reliable and professional Standard Drivers to provide daily transport services on assigned routes or to designated departments/personnel. The Standard Driver is responsible for punctual, safe transport and basic vehicle care while representing the company with courtesy and discretion.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned company vehicle(s) on a fixed route or for a specific department/personnel, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Follow the agreed daily schedule and notify the Operation officer immediately of any delays or issues.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (tyres, oil, lights, brakes, fuel) and report defects or maintenance needs.
- Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior) and ensure fuel cards and vehicle documents are secured and used appropriately.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel reports; submit required paperwork on time.
- Assist with safe loading and unloading of light items when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous service to passengers and act with discretion when handling sensitive documents or passenger belongings.
- Be available for occasional overtime or split shifts as operational needs demand.
Requirements:
- Minimum S.S.C.E
- 2 years of previous work experience in a similar role
