The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing basic nursing care, first aid, and health-related assistance to hotel guests and employees when necessary. In addition to nursing responsibilities, the employee will also perform front desk and reception duties, as the position requires residing within the hotel's front desk area.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care and first aid to guests and staff when required.
- Attend to minor health complaints and assess situations requiring medical attention.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and arrange referrals or emergency assistance when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain basic first-aid supplies and medical equipment.
- Maintain proper records of medical incidents and assistance provided, ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Welcome guests, attend to enquiries, and provide general information about hotel services.
- Assist with guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and front desk activities.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests professionally.
- The employee is expected to understand that the position combines nursing and front desk responsibilities.
- She must therefore be prepared to attend to reception duties whenever nursing services are not immediately required, while ensuring that medical responsibilities receive appropriate attention whenever necessary.
