Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and basic medical care for minor illnesses and injuries
Monitor employees' fitness for duty and report health concerns where necessary.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate referrals to hospitals when required
Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.
Administer medications as prescribed within the scope of practice
- Ensure the first aid room and medical supplies are adequately stocked
- Promote hygiene, infection prevention, and workplace health awareness
Conduct periodic health inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Support management in implementing occupational health and safety policies
- Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
- Conduct routine health checks and wellness assessments for staff and guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
