Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spray Painter role based in Port Harcourt. The Spray Painter will prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming according to project specifications. Daily responsibilities include mixing and matching paints, selecting appropriate coatings, and applying paint using spray equipment to achieve an even, high-quality finish. The role involves inspecting completed work for defects, performing touch-ups, and ensuring adherence to company quality standards. The Spray Painter will also maintain tools and spray equipment, follow safety and environmental guidelines, and collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet project timelines.
Qualifications

• Practical experience with Paint, Painting, and Spray Painting techniques for various surfaces.
• Knowledge of Painting and Decorating methods to achieve precise, clean, and visually appealing finishes.
• Familiarity with Coatings, including surface preparation, primer selection, and appropriate application methods.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, technical instructions, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and quality control in all finished work.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, use hand and power tools, and handle materials safely.
• Previous experience in an industrial, automotive, construction, or manufacturing painting environment is an advantage.
• Commitment to workplace safety, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to environmental regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team on-site in Port Harcourt.
