Sponsorship & Partnerships Lead (Part-Time)
BeNurtured Athletics is a non-profit youth sports organization based in Nigeria focused on discovering, developing, and nurturing young athletes through structured basketball programs, tournaments, and development experiences.
As we continue to grow, we are building a stronger system that combines sports, media, and athlete development, and we are looking for a driven Sponsorship & Partnerships Lead to help us secure funding and strategic partnerships to scale our impact.
Role Overview
This is a part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) focused on identifying, developing, and securing sponsorship and partnership opportunities for BeNurtured Athletics programs and events.
You will play a key role in helping us build sustainable funding relationships that support youth athlete development in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential sponsors and partners
Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals for events and programs
Build relationships with corporate organizations, brands, and donors
Support fundraising efforts for tournaments and athlete development programs
Help grow long-term strategic partnerships
Represent BeNurtured Athletics in partnership conversations when needed
What We Are Looking For
Experience in sponsorships, partnerships, fundraising, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to engage with corporate or high-level stakeholders
Self-driven and results-oriented
Passion for youth development, sports, and impact
Compensation
BeNurtured Athletics is a growing non-profit organization, and while we are not yet at a large-scale funding stage, we are committed to compensating this role.
This role includes:
Monthly part-time compensation (based on experience and agreement)
Performance-based bonuses or commissions for successful partnerships secured
