Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Volunteer Speaker Coach at TEDxMaitama Official. The Speaker Coach will work closely with presenters to develop and refine their presentations for upcoming TEDx events. Responsibilities include coaching speakers on public speaking techniques, improving speech delivery, and providing structured feedback. The role involves a mix of in-person engagement in Abuja and remote collaboration as needed.
Qualifications

• Public Speaking, Speech Coaching, and Presentation Skills
• Creative Writing and Script Development expertise
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for storytelling and amplifying diverse voices
• Experience in event curation or public engagement is a plus
• Familiarity with TED’s mission, values, and presentation style
