Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Treatments & Therapies: Perform massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body wraps, scrubs, and nail care.
- Client Consultations: Check for medical conditions, allergies, and specific physical tension points before starting.
- Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize work areas, sterilize tools, and change treatment sheets between guests.
- Product Sales: Recommend home-care regimens and upsell relevant retail wellness products.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of client treatments, preferences, and product inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in massage, facials, manicure/pedicure, body scrubs/wraps, body polishing, hot stone & aromatherapy massage, waxing, and gel nails.
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
