Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage, facial and spa treatments to clients.
- Welcome clients warmly and create a relaxing, comfortable experience.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and treatment-room setup.
- Prepare and properly handle spa products, tools and equipment.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and satisfied throughout their treatment.
- Keep treatment areas clean, organised and ready for appointments.
- Follow the spa’s health, safety and service standards.
- Build good relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Work closely with the team to deliver a smooth overall client experience.
Requirements:
- Passion for beauty, skincare and wellness
- Friendly, warm and professional with clients
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Good communication and personal hygiene
- Previous spa/beauty experience is an advantage, but not required
- Must be reliable, respectful and comfortable working as part of a team
