Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the beauty centre.
- Supervise and coordinate staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and conduct.
- Manage appointments, complaints, and client enquiries.
- Drive client retention.
- Monitor stock, equipment, and general facility standards.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial/supervisory role in a beauty, spa, salon, or aesthetics business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of beauty/aesthetics operations.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
Remuneration: NGN 180k
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
