Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate a team of massage therapists, estheticians, and receptionists.
• Oversee budgets, control operational costs, set pricing, and track revenue targets.
• Ensure clients receive high-quality service, handle feedback or complaints, and maintain client loyalty.
• Manage retail and treatment product stock, negotiate with vendors, and uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards.
• Develop advertising campaigns, design spa menus, and promote wellness packages to attract and retain clients.

Requirements:

• Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related wellness fields.
• We welcome candidates from Lebanon, Morocco, India, the Philippines, and Egypt to apply.
• Knowledge of high-end spa products and treatments, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and specialised wellness techniques.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, yacht, or private setting.
