- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise, coordinate, and manage spa therapists, receptionists, attendants, and other staff.
- Schedule staff shifts, appointments, treatments, and other spa activities.
- Ensure clients receive professional, personalized, and high-quality services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and guidance where necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, sales, and revenue.
- Promote spa services, packages, memberships, and special offers.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
- Manage spa inventory, including beauty products, treatment supplies, equipment, and consumables.
- Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas are clean, safe, and hygienic.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate orders for spa products and supplies.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and business expansion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Beauty Therapy, Wellness Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in spa, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service management.
- Proven experience supervising and managing staff.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, beauty services, and customer service operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, marketing, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Good financial and inventory management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa management or booking software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- High level of professionalism, personal grooming, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
