The Spa Administrative Officer supports smooth daily spa operations and skincare production. The role combines client care, administration, and procurement responsibilities to ensure efficient service delivery and uphold the brand’s standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to clients professionally.
- Manage appointments, calls, and client records.
- Assist the Lead Aesthetician during client sessions.
- Support product sales, restocking, and inventory control.
- Handle procurement, purchases, supplier follow-ups, and track deliveries or shipments.
- Receive and dispatch goods; assist with skincare production as needed.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, posting on WhatsApp, or social media.
- Participate in content creation (must be comfortable appearing on camera).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment.
- Ensure timely reporting and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND/NCE or equivalent.
- 1–1.5 years in a spa, beauty, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Neat and customer-focused presentation.
- Preferred: Background in beauty, aesthetics, or hospitality.
- Must be willing to learn and grow.
Structure
- Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Reports To: Lead Aesthetician / Spa Director
