- Support and supervise daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare meals in line with recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Reduce wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Conduct quality checks before food is served.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu execution and planning.
- Ensure smooth coordination with front-of-house staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
