Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Assist in menu planning and development of continental and international dishes
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine
- Culinary certification or equivalent professional training
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
