Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Software Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our business management software solutions among SMEs and growing enterprises. The ideal candidate will have fair experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of SaaS products, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industries (SMEs, retailers, service providers, etc.) 
  • Present and demonstrate our Subscription-based business management tools to prospective customers 
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, exhibition, and closing 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients 
  • Understand customer needs and position the product/features as a solution to their business challenges 
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets 
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine sales strategies and customer feedback loops 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, deals closed, and forecasts using CRM tools 
  • Provide after-sales support, relationship management, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention 


Requirements:

  • 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or any tech solutions 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and subscription-based business models 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-through, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products in a simple and compelling way 
  • Good experience in selling to SMEs or business owners (especially retailers) is a strong advantage 
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently 
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools

  • Experience in fintech or digital payments, or software applications
