Software Sales Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Software Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our business management software solutions among SMEs and growing enterprises. The ideal candidate will have fair experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of SaaS products, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industries (SMEs, retailers, service providers, etc.)
- Present and demonstrate our Subscription-based business management tools to prospective customers
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, exhibition, and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and position the product/features as a solution to their business challenges
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with product teams to refine sales strategies and customer feedback loops
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, deals closed, and forecasts using CRM tools
- Provide after-sales support, relationship management, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or any tech solutions
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and subscription-based business models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-through, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical products in a simple and compelling way
- Good experience in selling to SMEs or business owners (especially retailers) is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with using CRM tools
