Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the institute's social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media content strategies.
• Create and maintain a content calendar.
• Create engaging videos, Reels, TikToks, promotional content, and event coverage.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs.
• Design flyers, social media posts, banners, adverts, thumbnails, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
• Track social media performance and provide regular reports.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions when required.
• Collaborate with management and staff to create content that promotes the institute, its programs, events, and achievements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, videography, and graphic design.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Experience creating short-form video content.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of photography, lighting, composition, and video production.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 Monthly
