To expand our impact, ISP is implementing a comprehensive digital strategy. We are now looking for a Social Media & Student Recruitment Associate who will be responsible for managing our online presence and turning social media engagement into real student enrollments.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow ISP’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and post 3–4 times per week (mix of graphics, reels, carousels, and live sessions).
- Write simple, engaging captions that speak to Nigerian students’ needs (scholarships, visa tips, choosing the right country).
- Use hashtags and trends to increase reach
- Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly (within 1–2 hours during workdays).
Content Creation:
- Create attractive graphics with Canva.
- Edit short videos and reels with CapCut or similar apps.
- Develop student success stories (before/after testimonials, quotes, and video clips).
- Record quick “explainer” reels.
- Repurpose ISP blog posts into engaging social content.
Paid Advertising & Campaigns:
- Run Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok ads to:
- Increase followers.
- Generate leads (students who fill out interest forms).
- Promote webinars and study fairs.
- Monitor ad performance (clicks, cost per lead, conversions) and adjust to maximize results.
- Work with the team to ensure ads target Nigerian students and nearby markets (no wasted budget on irrelevant locations).
Event & Webinar Promotion:
- Promote ISPs’ monthly webinars and live events.
- Drive 50–100+ sign-ups per event.
- Share event teasers, countdown posts, and highlight clips.
- During events, live-post updates to drive engagement.
- After events, post recaps and encourage sign-ups for consultations. Community Building
- Build and manage Facebook Groups and WhatsApp broadcast lists for prospective students.
- Share visa updates, scholarship opportunities, and study tips regularly.
- Keep students warm and engaged until they apply and enroll.
- Encourage peer-to-peer interaction among group members.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key metrics weekly: reach, engagement, followers, ad results, and leads generated.
- Submit a simple monthly report showing what worked. What didn’t. Suggestions for improvement.
- Benchmark ISP against competitors
