Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Design visually appealing graphics, flyers, banners, and promotional materials using graphic design tools.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Create and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
- Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or related software.
- Excellent content writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising.
- Experience managing business social media accounts and running paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
