Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and other interactions.
- Respond to customer and audience enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complaints or sensitive issues when necessary.
- Track social media engagement and audience responses.
- Maintain a content publishing calendar.
- Assist with captions, hashtags, and basic content planning.
- Identify trending topics and relevant content opportunities.
- Prepare simple reports on social media activities and engagement.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to respond professionally and respectfully.
- Familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Must be proactive, organised, and trustworthy.
- Must reside around Agric, Ogolonto, Isawo, or Ikorodu Garage.
